Later that afternoon, I hosted a webinar featuring blockchain case studies. The Supply Chain Insights webinar series is designed as an educational forum for learning. The webinar was well attended. Over 180 people attended and the question panel was the busiest that I have ever experienced hosting a webinar.

This starts by clearly defining the roles of each function, and then focusing the cross-functional teams on the same metrics. I began analyzing correlations of groups of metrics to market capitalization and found that the most significant correlation was between market capitalization and growth.
