Many of my clients talk about a customer-centric supply chain but rely on useless metrics from an annual survey or a net promoter score. Starbucks redesigned their cups for the Grande product, and the flimsy cups were a source of constant spills and burns. I now go to the local coffee shop. Customer Service Failure.
